Agi & Sam, An Aesthetic for Fun And Humour
As part of London Collections: Men, designer duo Agi & Sam presented a collection with focus on cut and form, while still keeping their signature aesthetic for fun and humour.
Tailoring remained a key focus throughout the collection; slim blazer and cropped trousers adorned bold prints. Oversized, fluid silhouettes and sportswear influences changed the mood of the show; basketball style shorts teamed with longer-line blazers, and long tunic tops paired with skinny trousers. Relaxed and boxy fits came in a bold palate of hot orange, baby pink and cobalt blue, offset with black, white, slate and camel.
Extreme texture played a huge part throughout the collection; a keen mix of fabric panelling, tech nylon, wool, stretch-jersey and rubberised cotton added depth to the layered garments.
Accessories came in the form of black derby shoes, white leather slip ons with flashes of colour, large boxy bags with printed and leather panels, and visor sunglasses; adding to the eccentric British flare of the collection.
